Headlines Aplenty

I've fallen a little behind so here's the latest round-up of what's been going on...

First up we have President Obama's "faith council" which among them as a whole probably know about 1% of the Bible (and likely don't understand most of that) since they are more concerned with their vacuous social agenda than standing up for the Gospel and God's Word:

President's Faith-Based Group Fails To Mention Abortion

And, of course, there's always good news coming from Uncle Sam:

Oversight Panel Blasts $17.2 Billion Bailout Of GMAC

(I was going to bring up something about hindsight being 20-20 and all but then I remembered there were plenty who said this was a stupid idea but in typical Obama fashion it's all shoot first and ask questions later)

Program To Pay Homeowners To Sell At A Loss

Gov't Workers Feel No Economic Pain

Half Of Kansas City Public Schools To Close

Artificial Stupidity

Before reading this next article, repeat over and over in your head that evolutionists don't have an agenda (they obviously don't have a brain, either, for thinking that our Constitution is quite explicit in banning the teaching of creationism in schools):

Students Who Understand Earth's Geological Age Are More Likely To Accept Human Evolution

In this next story I'm really surprised that health officials are so upset about the continued increase and nationwide high levels of STDs. Obviously the solution is that we're not educating our children enough about "safe sex" or providing too few condoms to our children:

CDC: U.S. Herpes Rates Remain High

Let's not forget about the ongoing "culture of death" within our enlightened society (as if 52 million dead babies is not enough):

Texas Planned Parenthood Holds Gala To Raise Money For Abortion 'Super Center'

Islam continues to make great inroads in our country (and of course it should being the "religion of peace" and all)...

Financial Jihad: How Radical Islam -- Through Wall Street -- Threatens America's Families And Freedom

Radical Imam To Open VA Legislature

Today we have multiple articles to go in the "people are good at heart" folder:
